General booking and travel terms.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A registration or enquiry does not by itself guarantee a confirmed booking.
2. Payments
Payment amounts, schedules and deadlines are those stated for the applicable package or booking. Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may affect or cancel the booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests should be communicated promptly. Any refund is subject to applicable airline, hotel, visa, transport and other supplier charges, including non-refundable amounts and cancellation fees.
4. Changes & Amendments
Requests for name changes, room changes, date changes or other amendments are subject to availability, supplier conditions and any applicable charges.
5. Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate personal and passport information and for holding valid travel documents required for the journey.
6. Visa & Entry Requirements
Travellers must cooperate promptly with requests for documents or information required for visa and travel arrangements. Visa approval and entry remain subject to the relevant authorities.
7. Flights, Hotels & Itinerary Changes
Flight schedules, accommodation, transport and itinerary arrangements may change because of airlines, hotels, authorities, operational requirements or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.
8. Accommodation & Rooming
Room types, roommate requests and accommodation arrangements are subject to availability and final confirmation.
9. Health & Assistance
Travellers should disclose information reasonably necessary for their travel arrangements, including relevant mobility or assistance requirements. Travellers remain responsible for assessing their fitness to travel.
10. Travel Insurance
Travellers are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance for matters such as medical emergencies, cancellation, delays and baggage.
11. Unused Services
Services voluntarily not used after travel has commenced may not be refundable, subject to the applicable supplier terms and circumstances.
12. Traveller Conduct
Travellers are expected to follow reasonable instructions necessary for the safety, timing and smooth operation of the journey and to comply with applicable laws and local requirements.
13. Personal Belongings
Travellers remain responsible for their passports, money, baggage and personal belongings throughout the journey.
14. Third-Party Services & Circumstances Beyond Control
Airlines, hotels, transport operators and other service providers may apply their own terms and conditions. Travel arrangements may also be affected by events or requirements outside reasonable control.
15. Personal Information
Personal and travel information may be collected, used and shared with relevant service providers and authorities where reasonably necessary to arrange and administer travel services.
16. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the traveller accepts these Terms & Conditions together with the specific details, prices, payment schedule and conditions stated for the applicable package or booking.
